Information you provide

The service request form collects your name, phone number, city, and requested service. You may also provide an email address and a message; both are optional. Academy Overhead Door uses this information to respond to and manage service requests.

How service requests are sent

Valid website requests are saved in the project database provided by Lovable Cloud. The form shows a saved confirmation only after storage succeeds. The confirmation does not book an appointment or promise a response time. Form records are not publicly accessible.

Spam prevention

The form uses a hidden spam field, input validation, and a request identifier to prevent repeated saves of the same submission. A custom limit permits up to five saved requests per connection in 15 minutes. For this limit, the server temporarily processes an IP-derived keyed hash, not a stored raw IP address. The hash changes daily and old limit records are removed on the next valid submission after their 15-minute window expires. Shared connections can share the same limit. If the hosting service does not supply an IP address, requests share a fallback limit.
